How to access the phone interview
Now you have sent in your application, CV and qualification documentation the next step is an interview. As we mention in our advert we provide an IT based service to save you and us time.
Our interview service is fast and efficient, so settle yourself in a quiet place, where you will not be disturbed, so you can focus on the interview questions and give your best.
Don't worry if you start the process but by the time you get to the interview start screen you want to delay, this can be done, providing you have not commenced the interview. Once the interview is commenced then it is not possible to delay, just as it would be in a face to face interview.
This is how it works:
Step One
You will be asked to visit a link to our online system. The link will take you to a screen which looks like this.

Step Two You complete your details in the boxes on the left hand side of the page above and upload your CV or resume, and press the green Apply button.
Step Three Once you have pressed the green Apply button you will be taken to a screen that looks like this one:

The information explains the next stage is for your phone interview which is automated. You should prepare yourself in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted during this time to get the best out of the phone interview. You will be asked pre recorded questions and we are seeking full and detailed answers.
There are no right or wrong answers, all the questions are designed to ensure you get the best out of our service and we get to know about you. The screen has a green button at the end of the explanation so if you are ready you press this to start the interview process and answer the questions.
The telephone instructions will advise you to use the #key which you may know as either the pound or hash key on your phone.
What happens if I am not ready immediately to start the interview?
That is not a problem, instructions are provided in the screen above for you to phone in at a later time using a pin number to start your interview process. You will also get an email with all the above information in it including your pin number and phone number to call so you don't need to worry about missing a step.
