"We have been surprised by the increasing diversity of enquiries we are receiving" said Chris Slay of European Recruitment
In addition to Middle Eastern clients searching for key personnel in Europe at senior consultant level with attractive six figure packages we have seen a sharp increase in the more traditional placements in the Middle East with a lowering of criteria coupled with an increase in pay rates that has been necessary to attract the right candidates.
We have European companies suffering the same skills shortages as the UK in areas such as bench joiners, welders and CNC operators all looking to tap into the sources of supply from Eastern Europe.
"We are also working on our first ever contract to supply hospitality staff to the far East and the voices of Polish workers could soon be heard on the streets of Singapore" said Chris. "Another trend is for companies to look at cross border transactions but whilst we have obtained the necessary supply clearances it seems our counter parties are moving cautiously"
The success of European Recruitment is another example of harnessing the use of technology to increase corporate reach and to be available to corporate clients when they need a suppliers services. Maintaining a leading position for appropriate search terms is essential and presents an ongoing challenge to European Recruitment's website design and search engine optimisation specialists.
