  • Vice Principal & Principal - United Arab Emirates

    Job Description:

Native English Speakers from UK ONLY (preferably from Manchester, Ireland) required.

As yet our client has not understood the needs of the candidates for information so we apologise for the lack of detail. We are concerned to protect your interests and our own in this search and have experienced this elsewhere in the Middle East.

We know the types of questions you will want answering and in stage 2 of the headhunt we will ensure you get the answers you need but the client has insisted on a 2 stage process. If you find this unacceptable please do not apply.

We will consider a team of two but individual applications are equally welcome.

If by some miracle the very specific demands of the client can be met on the location of the applicants that would be a bonus but applicants from throughout the UK AND IRELAND ONLY will be considered

This is the first stage of another huge investment in Education in the Middle East.

The positions are to head up the first of 9 Vocational colleges to be built and teach 16-21 year olds.

Candidates should fully research the Labour Laws of the country on the internet before applying.

Teacher pay rates are a matter of public record but the client is prepared to pay over the top of the scales for the right candidates/team.

The client will only receive a copy of your CV as the first stage with personal details removed until you are shortlisted at which stage full disclosure will be made by the client which you can consider before authorising the release of your full details.

We, however, require the full package up front so we can validate your application.

Owing to the nature of this job search we suspect there will only be a handful of potential candidates and therefore we intend to verbally communicate with you all in the coming days but there is no need to apply more than once if you see the job advert elsewhere.
