After a quiet first quarter European Recruitment Agency has seen an increase in this quarter of mainly one off preliminary enquiries particularly from the Middle East, but also from Euro countries looking for specific skill sets.
This tends to be a bit hit and miss because without a mandate we are unlikely to have the candidate on the stocks except by pure chance.
If it is in an area of repeat business where we are strong such as sourcing English language teachers then our turnaround times are very fast and this attracts more business.
